EVA Grid Foam Massage Roller

This foam roller is ideal for self massage and balance training. It is the perfect tool for yoga, pilates, fitness exercises, physiotherapy and rehabilitation. You can use it at home and it is compact enough to bring to the gym.  

It withstands wear and tear, is easy to clean and light weight.  It will maintain its shape even after repetitive use over a long period of time so is super durable. It is made from high density EVA and PU outer package foam which is soft to touch for added comfort.

Works great for the lower body as it helps to alleviate soft tissue tightness of legs, lower back, glutes and hamstrings. The roller stretches muscles and tendons hence increases blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues.

The specially designed raised grid pattern is firm but flexible, very much like the thumbs of a massage therapist so can help soften up adhesions or knots that form on your muscles replicating the effects of a regular massage.
