We are all born with the latent power to intentionally direct consciousness. You can transform the pure potentiality into physical existence. We are all doing it, all the time, but just not aware of it. The ancient text 'Upanishads,' says that in the beginning, there was a word, and that was Om. When nothing existed in the past, there was only one silent space, and from that small quiet place, something came out. The first movement from un-manifest to the manifest is the result of Om. It represents its vibration. The vibration of the creation is known as Om.
The first sound from the silence, the first movement from the stillness, the first thing that came from nothing is precisely Om. The source of the world and everything in it is a consequence of the activation of Om. Our thoughts are, in essence, un-manifested potential. Furthermore, they are the seeds of the creation. With our thoughts, we can work as we want to, because they represent a powerful tool for our consciousness.
The material world is a creation from man, but in the past, it represented a thought in a person's mind. When you conjoin your attention with Om, it is like you aligned your attention with the infinitive power of creation. This is a fundamental process, and every thought that you have aligned with Om is possible to happen. To harness the power of Om, people can make an 'Om Thought.' If you want more love, use the 'Om Love' as an' Om Thought.' If you search for more money, 'Om Abundance' is the perfect choice for you.
When you want to use the 'Om Thought' then, your desires must be positive. For example, if you want a new car, then you cannot say 'Om Ferrari,' but also you should use 'Om Abundance.' Be aware that you need to use a pure concept that summarizes your wishes, and put that in two words. To achieve the best results, when you want to use the Om Thought, keep your eyes open. During the day, you shouldn't speak about it non-stop. But, occasionally, when you remember. Because you shouldn't force things, the universe doesn't want to be manipulated. You need to do this with love.
How to meditate using your Om Thought?
For this purpose, it is recommended 10 minutes of meditation per day. The best timing for this is before your breakfast, dinner, or bed. If you are sitting while meditating with closed eyes, follow these instructions:
1. Prepare
You need to find your comfortable sitting position. You can do in on a seat, sofa or in your bed. Wear something comfortable, and support yourself with cushions and cover with a blanket. Don't get cold. After this, you need to think about what you want to create in your life. Your desires may be love, peace, happiness, health, abundance, adventure, and many other wishes.
2. Be Aware of Now
Close your eyes while you are still awake. The next thing you should do is to rest wide and observe everything that passes through your mind. Make the effort, just observe, the thoughts will come and go through your mind.
3. Your Om Thought
Now it is time for your Om Thought. Think of what you want to create, for example, Om Love, Om Abundance, Om Peace, Om Health, etc. Keep that in your mind. Say it and see what will come next to your brain.
Once you do these three steps, you will notice that in your mind, something is happening. Re-thing your Om Thought from time to tome. These steps should be done in a very comfortable way. The result is your active conscious awareness. When you discovers the peace, love, and abundance that exists within yourself, you will be more aware of what you want to create in your life.
Just like a musical instrument that emits sound, our chakras and our cells can either be in tune or out of tune. Every cell and chakra center is naturally tuned to maintain well being and health. But physical, mental and environmental factors can interfere and cause these vibrations to go out of tune and into a state of imbalance.
Our Om Chakra Healing Crystal Singing Bowls are tuned to the body’s Chakra centers so, much like a tuning fork causes resonance to adjacent objects, when played, they help tune chakra centers to resonate in their proper, natural state. In doing so, they allow for the free flow of energy throughout the body, mind and spirit.
