Four Tips For Your Vision To Become Reality

As the seasons change, you may start to notice your focus shifting from the sun kissed summer days to the changing leaves of autumn to the soon to be winds of winter.

As your external environment changes, you may feel a shift internally as well…

It is an ancient Ayurvedic saying: "As is the macrocosm, so is the microcosm.”

The metamorphosis of nature and the seasons is equivalent to a magical time of transformation and attunement with the macrocosm. Taking moments of contemplation to observe, listen and synch to the rhythm of nature gives rise to harmony and vitality in the mind, body and spirit.

As the fall time comes into full swing, and as the equinox approaches, the days become shorter and the nights become longer. This gives us the space to remember what items need more time to unfold in our lives and what in our life is what we truly need to achieve those aspirations. It is the perfect time to vision board and allow for fulfillment of our core intentions and facilitate our next stage of growth.

If you can imagine it, thoughts and images are like seeds.

When you THINK and FOCUS on your desires…those seeds grow and manifest faster than ever before.

A great way to manifest this is a strong vision board.

People like Jim Carrey and Oprah Winfrey have credited visualization techniques to their ultimate success.

Here are 4 easy tips on your own vision board:

  1. Focus on your goal and narrow down your vision:Most of us have some general or vague idea about what we want out of life, what our goals are, and what makes us happy. A great question to ask yourself: "When you are on your deathbed, what will you have hoped to have accomplished?"
  2. Break it down:Think of your vision and goal(s) and what steps you need to make that dream a reality.
  3. Choose your theme: You can make your board about a career goal, relationship goal, personal achievement. Whatever it is, stick to one theme per board. (Yes you can have more than 1!)
  4. Pick a format: Most people who make vision boards make physical boards out of poster-board, cork-board, or on any material that can be hung on or propped against a wall but you can also have it be online also, or in the form of affirmations, photos or words. Your board is a representation of YOU so make it unique to what speaks to your soul.

So as you embrace the seasons of change, we hope you create your vision board on this journey of success!
