Here are 4 easy tips on your own vision board:
- Focus on your goal and narrow down your vision: Most of us have some general or vague idea about what we want out of life, what our goals are, and what makes us happy. A great question to ask yourself: "When you are on your deathbed, what will you have hoped to have accomplished?"
- Break it down: Think of your vision and goal(s) and what steps you need to make that dream a reality.
- Choose your theme: You can make your board about a career goal, relationship goal, personal achievement. Whatever it is, stick to one theme per board. (Yes you can have more than 1!)
- Pick a format: Most people who make vision boards make physical boards out of poster-board, cork-board, or on any material that can be hung on or propped against a wall but you can also have it be online also, or in the form of affirmations, photos or words. Your board is a representation of YOU so make it unique to what speaks to your soul.
