"Congested? Here is what you should take before you become overwhelmed, angry, or need to turn off the world and get in bed."

If you struggle with these kinds of issues, then, for sure, you deal with clogged emotional filters. The best solution for you is to unclog them immediately. Clogged emotional filters must be cleaned.

During this time, your emotions are under a test. The reasons for having the most significant tests during this time are the holidays, in the first place. In the second place is the change of the season with more time indoors. Thirdly is the tension caused by the finishing process of the projects. And last, but not least, is the question about the number of bonuses, or the doubt of not getting one.

During the day, we have a flashback of our memories. No matter if we are at work or home, even when we are outside in a restaurant or a café, we accept a tremendous amount of information. Most of this information reminds us of some particular moments in our past.

  1. Seven days in a row, right before you go to sleep, you must take a piece of paper and ask yourself only one question: "Where am I stuck?"

Once you ask yourself, put the paper aside. Repeat this action till the end of the week, every day in a row.

  1. The second week, take another paper, and ask yourself: "What are the five things that bother me daily?" Don’t look again, and put your sheet of paper away. Until the end of the week, you will start to realize the connections more clearly.
  1. During your third week, you should check how you react to the world "always and never". And how you feel about some other stereotypes. It would be best if you didn’t look at the paper until the end of the week.

In the end, you will see that when you begin to pay attention to the thinking and the emotions, they cannot control you. The moment when you pay less is the moment when you eliminate the chance of paying more. Stay simple, and don’t complicate your life. Clean your filters.
